Easy steps to write a beautiful Blog post!

Today, we will discuss about how to write a beautiful Blog post step by step.

Posting is what blogging is all about. A post can consist of texts, pictures, videos and more.

Remember to include a Label to help organize and categorise your blog posts.

Writing beautiful blog post is one of the most important part of Blogging. It helps you to attract your readers and also to grow your engagement.

If you never write a blog, don't worry. I will help you to write a new blog post step by step.

Let's get started-

Go to your blogger dashboard, a screen appears where you can enter a new post. Click on the new post button. Then a new screen will appear.

Enter a title. Your post title should very briefly describe what your blog post is about.

Before starting to write a post, I hope you have decided your blog post topic or keywords on which you are going to write.

This keyword should be on your post title.

Choosing a good title is an important part of your post, which will help to rank your blog post on Google search engine.

For example, in this article I'm discussing with you how to write a beautiful blog post. So I have entered "Easy steps to write a beautiful Blog Post 2020!"

If you are writing your first blog post then enter "Welcome to my blog."

The large text box is where you can write your actual post, that's called body content.

Here you can see different types of heading i.e. major heading, heading, sub-heading, minor heading. Also you can see different types of font, you can change your post font size like smallest, small, normal, medium, large and largest. Choose what you like.

Here you can make your words bold, underlined and italicized. Also you can use different types of colors, you can change your text background.

 There are different types of functions, go to blogger dashboard and check what you like.

Next, click the Insert image button on the toolbar (marked in the picture).

Here you can upload image from your computer or mobile device, photos gallery, Blogger gallery or by URL.

The easiest way, just click on the "upload from computer" and select photo from file and upload.

Click on the image to see the options for modifying the image layout, image size etc. By this option you can enter your post URL link on your photo.

Isn't it easy!?

Beside image insert tool, video insert tool, URL adding tool and also emoji insert tool are available. Here you can upload your video, you can insert video from YouTube.

To add any external URL link, select the text and click on the insert or edit link tool. Then add URL link.

By this tool, you can interlink your other blog post.

Click on these tool to align text or images. You can align your blog post text or images to right, left or centre. 

You can use Labels to categorize your post. This will help your readers quickly find post of interest without having to search through your entire blog.

So it's an important part to beautify your blog post.

On the Blogger dashboard, go to settings - Search Preferences. Under meta tags, click edit next to description.

Then click yes to enable the search description field and create a meta description for your blog. Meta description should be about your blog topic.

After writing, press save changes. 

Now go to your post to edit your blog post search description.

Now you will see a new search description field in Post Settings on the right hand side.

Here you can write a short summary about your blog post, it will help you to attract your readers on google search results.

Now your first blog post is ready to publish. Click the publish button. Before publishing, you can preview your post to check how it looks. Click on the preview button and check it.

If you want to save the post as a draft and not publish it now, then click on save option which is under preview section.
