2. Unlimited Money:

Most importantly there is no limit to the amount of money you can earn from your own business. As everyone knows that people work only for “money”. And everyone want limitless money, don’t you?
In your business, you can get a limitless money and as much profit as you want with your hard work. You may earn 10 times more than a salaried person.

3. No time restriction:

 To start your own business you have to take al stress of managing multiple functions.

5. Undesirable activity:
 You have to perform undesirable duties like firing people or dealing with chaos at the workplace for the bright future of your business.

6. No regular income:
 Here is no regular income. You may or may not get more than your expectation.

7. Accountancy:
 Needs the expertise to keep up the balance between income and expenses

It is the most important reason, why it’s better to have a job than running own your own business. Especially in a middle class family, after birth of a child, parents are starting to think a government job as their child's career, which is disappointing.

2. A steady income:

 If you cannot handle the income swings of having a business, then a job is way better. In a job, you will get a steady and fixed income. 

3. Less work pressure:

There is less work pressure in your job. You have to do the fixed work set by your boss or officer, no need to do more than that.

4. Less working hour:

You don't have to work all time but you have to work a fixed time.

5. No fear of bankruptcy:

If you lose your job and you can find another one.  Lose your job doesn't mean you could lose your house (more on that later).

6. No risk:

There is no risk. You just have to do your duty, decided by your officer or boss.

7. Paid vacation:

WOW! Paid vacation!! Who don't want!? In job, you will get paid vacation trip with your family.  

8. Extra benefits:

Believe it or not, benefits are actually a better predictor for enjoying your job than salary alone. As an employee, you will get different type of benefits like health insurance, travel allowance, child education, medical facilities which actually attract people to do a job.

1. Huge Competition:
 There is a huge competition to get a job. Especially in India, the rate of jobless people is increasing day by day. Recently India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the Atma-nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan (self-reliant India Mission).

2. Time restriction:
In a job you have to fix yourself in the fixed time interval set by your employer, usually that is of 8 hours. 

3. Limited Growth:
 In job, there is a limited growth. You can't achieve more than that.

4. Job switching is not easy: 
Today it has become very difficult to get a job, then it is even more difficult to switch job.

5. Tension of retirement:
 In Job you have to retire from your work after “time decided by the company or government”. What will be the source of your income after your retirement? That is the point to think about.

6. Too many bosses, too many rule: 
Another dark side of the job is that you have to answer every question asked by your boss. But in business as you are your own boss then there is no one who can ask you anything.

7. Discrimination in office:
 At most of the offices, there is a lot of politics and discrimination among workers.

8. Financial stress:
 These were some major pros and cons that you might experience if you choose to do a job.
